In Borgarello (PV), the road to redevelopment of "Cascina Bono Ferrari," a residential complex that sits on an area of about 3500 square meters in the center of town, is now close. An allotment plan dating back to 2009, interrupted in 2015 and stalled due to a series of circumstances. The complex, not far from the church, had in fact gone up for auction and, while waiting for the adjudication, had ended up in a state of increasingly evident degradation. A wound that disfigured the entire municipality. The intervention will give "new life" to Borgarello's historic center, bringing a new sense of well-being, and livability that had been fading for many years. The real estate complex, with high performance on energy efficiency, will be able to accommodate 30 new families with multiple types of apartments (floors T-1), a basement ( floor S1) that will be able to accommodate 40 garages, 30 cellars, storage rooms as well as a series of stores that, with the entry of selected commercial activities, will bring to the whole real estate complex further efficiency, more services and convenience in living the daily life. We are proud to be able to contribute to the commercialization of this important project.
